my experience at the store was excellent but my online experience was not. I had ordered a charm as you were out of stock for another and then I sent an email requesting cancellation as the item had not shipped yet but did not receive a response and now I have received shipping confirmation. Now I will need to go through the return process which I was avoiding.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to pandora but since it's the holiday season, there was too much people but I couldn't have expected something else.

The reason I wouldn't be returning to this paryicular pandora shop is because I was on holiday in New York. I would certainly buy another charm in another Pandora shop in the U.K.
