Ebony provided grest personalized service. My sister and I were visitibg from London; I was initially just accompanying my sister and was easier persuaded to join the pandora club! Ebony took her time helping me to choose the perfect charms to build my bracelet. There was no rush, too big a request or question too silly- Ebony took her time to make my experience relaxed. I left feeling soo pleased with my purchase and smile everytime I glance at my Pandora charm bracelet- I cannot wait to add mote memories via charm

There was too many people in the place and there was not too much help. I felt the store products were not easy to see because of the way that they were displayed.

One of the associates had an attitude as if I could not afford what was in the store and proceeded to dismiss me. It put a negative haze upon my visit. Luckily, there was another associate who was sweet and proceeded to assist me.

I didn't receive the gift receipts for a purchases I made on Thursday, so I asked if possible to get one then while I was in the store. The sales person I asked wasn't Angelina the one taking care of me it was someone else. They told me the item I was requesting a gift receipt for had "No Value" because it was the free item I received. Having worked in retail for nearly 20 years that answer sounded absolutely crazy to me. I was ready to return all $300+ of merchandise I bought on Thursday. I wanted a gift receipt to ensure if the ladies I bought the gifts for were able to exchange the items if they already had the item without any difficulty. They cleared up that crazy statement once I told them I'll just return everything! I don't appreciate stories or blatant lies for a sale.

I was an overseas visitor to the store. I knew from the window display what I wanted to buy. Staff served me well however my server was also dealing with another customer so didn't get her full attention. On saying that, I wasn't in the store long enough for it to matter.

The employees were too busy talking and laughing between them. Not too much conversation with the client.
