We were forced to stand for sometime trying to attract the attention of a sales assistant who was not attending to any customer.

I went for the Pandora NYC skyline charm which is advertised in leaflets and on the windows of the Pandora stores. However I was told by the store assistant that it had sold out, I appreciate that some items are very popular but if it's not available to buy them the advertisements need to be removed.

I visited the NYC midtown facility and the store is too small for the location. I pass by this store daily and there is a lot of tourist and not enough space to move around for someone that is actually going to make a purchase.

I did feel that I was slightly rushed in making my purchase. I knew what I wanted initially but to be given options or alternative suggestions would have been nice.

For once the sales associate probably was New and did not show me varieties of merchandise around the price range I was looking for. I had to ask to show me more.

It was overall satisfied experience. Time I was there was a bit crowded. However, I am sure they did their best job.

The only thing that prevented me from rating the overall experience 'highly satisfied' was that the size of the bracelet I wanted to buy was unavailable. I was told that it was sold out at all the stores in the New York area, so the option to look elsewhere was not available.

I was satisfied with my first Pandora experience! My purchase was a gift for someone, my biggest problem was that I couldn’t afford to purchase a bracelet for myself.

The Store is small and cramped. the Flow to browse was not a all conducive at 1pm midday.
