I won't recommend it because it is 700 mile from me. Don't take that as a negative, it is all about geography . I bet your survey didn't account for that .

The charm I would have liked was out of stock and no suitable alternative. Sales assistant didn't seem to know her stock and seemed disinterested in my custom but was good to my friend who she served first.

My experience was great. No issues when buying the items I wanted.

There was too many people in a little store, the first time I bought muy purse nobody told me about types of charms (like chains or clips - clips are highly important), there is no option of becoming a member or something, you cannot archieve discounts...

we were visiting from the UK so would not be retuning to the store, I was a little disappointed with the availability of Disney based merchandise, another store close to the store we used had more and different stock and they were not a totally Pandora jeweller

Por que ademas de comprar, necesitaba canbiar un anillo comprado en Pandora Madrid en el mes de mayo el cual tiene 2 defectos, lleve el ticket de compra electronico y no puede hacerlo. Me dijeron q llame a un numero de atencion al cliente o que cambie el producyo fonde fue comprado, lo cual es impisible x q estaba de vacaciones

Staff was not friendly

Was nothing with the associates. Very rude customer that would not wait in line. Associate tried her best to explain to him but to no avail. He thought he was better than the rest of us.
