MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE MANAGER IN THE STORE WAS NOT AS PLEASANT AS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE SALES ASSOICIATES. I FOUND HER TO BE UNFRIENDLY.

The store was experiencing trouble with their tablets. The staff was good and letting everyone know what was going but it created a longer wait for us as customers.

Sales associate was so egar to push me away after expressing I was there for a return. Looking at the receipt and not even reading to tell me she couldn’t do anything for me. Then immediately walked away. I had to inform another associate that I was entitled to a refund due to the date written big bold numbers on the receipt. She then went to show the precious associate her findings to be brushed away like ok so you help her. This 42nd and 6th ave location needs to retrain their staff on policy and customer service. The short Asian woman with glasses should be coached for her poor performance. I would never return to this location again.

Upon entering the store (no one else in the store but my family & 3-4 associates) it seemed as if we were bithering the associates by coming in. One did finally say hello and ask if she could help. I told her I was looking for NYC charms so she handed me a bracket w/ all the NYC charms on it. While my 11 year old daughter & I were looking at the charms 2 associates to our left we’re having what I feel was an inappropriate conversation. Their conversation only stopped due to other customers coming in & them having to help them.

Sales and management team at this NY location were not friendly or polite at all. They yelled out orders and were very inconsiderate. Loved the products but I’ve never experienced this type of unwelcome service at a Pandora before. Disappointed me!

The Sales Associate wasn't very friendly at all and seemed as if we were bothering her.

I went to the location, in New York, near Bryant Park. The manager made all of the customers wait outside, in 6 degree weather, while he stood inside on his phone-versus helping customers. We were outside for about an hour before he started letting customers inside. The only reason we were able to get in at that time was because customers in front of us started complaining, and others walked away versus staying to make a purchase from your store. Once he (the manager) let everyone in, the store was a bit crowded, but the line moves extremely quickly. However, a lot of the charms were tarnished-especially the Times Square ones (which is what I went for).

The Customer Service Representatives picked and choose who they wanted to assist. They had some patrons form a line to get assistance while they seem to gravitate towards providing immediate assistance to the individuals walking in who looked like wealthy tourist.
