I was not allowed to return a ring I purchased online. I was told I would have to ship it back to the vendor. Instead I exchanged the ring for another. I love the ring I purchased, I just don’t like that I ended up paying more than I intended to.

The sales person was not very knowledgeable and not very friendly. She became more friendly when she realized I was making a purchase.

Was told by another sales associate that my $100 bill had a small tare she couldn’t take it for purchase The bill was not ripped and was able to be fed through casino machine

Not enough cell associates to assist, The wait was kind of long, The sale associate wasn’t clear on the Afterpay information she shared So my first experience using Afterpay in the store was not a good one

They do not know how to use the engraving machine. They said that they never used it so I left very disappointed because I wanted something personalized.

I would of preferred more enthusiasm from my sales associate. He seem to be having an attitude with co-workers in the store and it showed throughout my entire experience. The store manager even had a mini outburst making a few customers feel uncomfortable.

Unfriendly staff, obviously uninteressted that I my Intention and my bought was one new Charm only for my wifes bracelet during my vacation in NY . Maybe not enough fee for the Seller....

There were three ladies working. Two of them were talking and putting trash bags into trash cans while people were waiting. They associate who worked with us seemed bothered that I asked her to clean my bracelet.

Manager can be less aggressive upon a customers arrival. Sales reps should be pleasant and patient with customers, especially when they are clearly making a purchase.
