The sales person was helping other sales associate and let me hanging. He didn’t know his price’s or the merchandising when asked questions.

I am Pandora lover and received a bracelet as a gift in January, in addition to the other Pandora jewelry that I have. My bracelete's clasp broke and I called the 800 number prior to make sure I could have it replaced. I had an order number printed out with the bracelet and charms. the staff was having issues bringing up the order and asked me for an email. I showed the order number and packaging from the same order and they still had issues. They went back and forth for a while and kept asking me questions about the order. I also had my other Pandora bracelet out to ask about repairs and to show that I am a Pandora customer and not someone trying to get over, because that is how they made me feel I asked to see a few charms and the associate seemed new, so I was patient. Also, they kept watching me and only would show one charm and pull it away. I am disappointed in myself that even with that treatment I still spent over $170.

Sales associates (more than 1) kept dragging what I was purchasing across the counter instead of putting it on a tray. They also didn’t have the device to open the locks on the bracelets and it took time for her to open it. Also instead of getting a brand new bracelet that I was purchasing from the drawer she tried to sell me the display. I had to request for her to go into the drawer to get me a new one. Don’t know if it was her first day or not. On the plus side She was extremely nice, friendly, and patient. But the whole staff that day really didn’t handle the merchandise with care as do the other Pandora sites that I’ve been to.

Had to stand outside in the cold for 25 min in line .There should have made a separate line for pick up service because my order was already pick out.It should have been a in and out thing not wait online with everyone else.

The seller was not friendly with me at the time of purchase. She offered a free service to engrave my name and date on the charm I was purchasing. And when I went to pay she overpaid. I was super embarrassed by this situation.

You are not allowed to walk around and look. You had to go to a spot at the counter where an associate was waiting to help you. I wanted to look around and possibly purchase more but they made it difficult with having to stay in one place and then finally says I could walk around to look in the cases but that she’d be right behind us following us in case we had questions. There’s no freedom to browse in any of your stores. It’s assumed you know exactly what you’re looking for and want to purchase. I went in there for one charm in mind with possibly buying more and felt rushed only bought the one I had in mind. You lost out in more sales.

Noté poca experiencia empleada ó desconocimiento de productos pues yo sabía mas que ella. El idioma afecta pero está en medio de metrópolis, otras deben estar más pendientes para ayudar. Variedad limitada a lo nuevo, quería completar set por color ( no sabía de cuál hablaba ) pidiéndole verde
