The sales associate lied to make sales telling us the charms were on at that particular Times Square location and it was online. Disturbing

My order was not ready. I was told I had to wait any where from 3-6 hours and I had to purchase the items again because I was not going to wait.

The store said only 25 customers allowed in the store but they only allowed 10 one transaction per worker . After some people left the store they didn’t let anyone in. Waited outside for 30 mins with only one person ahead of us in the line.

Store person need more sales skill, when the customer enter the store they are most likely don’t have specific item that they want to buy , but they wants to buy something. If there is no interesting item in the counters they should introduce what else they have in the stock.

La persona que me atendio solo me vendio lo que le pregunte, no fue audaz en mostrarme o incitarme a llevar mas articulos, el proceos de venta solo duro 10 minutos. Como representante de ventas le falta que motive o incite al cliente a comprar mas cosas

Although my overall experience was good, one of my clamps was damaged. The associate did not assume responsibility for the damage and insisted it was like that when I gave it to her. If worker struggle with a clamp or charm and do not want to be responsible, they should give it back to the customer and allow them to do it. The manager replaced the item. Also Pandora should not be charging for the bags as the charms are over priced.

I came to the store to have my clasp fixed. Found out that the stores don't fix their own products. It was very disappointing and now I can't wear the expensive, meaningful bracelet that I've come to love.
