Because the bracelet i bought broke two hours later with no reason. On top of that i lose the charm i bought for the bracelet. Iniatially the store didnt acknowledge their responsability. Finally, they refund the money i spent on the bracelet but not on the charm. It was a very unpleasant moment.

I was not allowed to look at the merchandise, I was told to pick a spot at the counter and not move from there preventing me from picking out other items. I arrived with the intent of picking out several items including a bracelet and all charms, a ring and earrings but only left with a ring because they would not allow me to move and instead asked me to look in the pamphlet and if an item is in stock it would be brought to me. Multiple items from the book were not in stock so I wanted to browse to see if there were replacements in store, I was told no. This was likely my last purchase at pandora for the foreseeable future and my Christmas shopping list will no longer include pandora jewelry

When I went into the store, I was greeted quickly. I came in two pick out 5 different charms, two different ones. The sales rep did not know the charms that I was asking for. It took some time to find the then I needed box us a specific way because some was gifts, and two of the boxes were done incorrectly.

I took a while for someone to even greet us and help us out. The representative that did finally help us didn't seem like she was very interested in helping us.

Sales assistant was very miserable and didn’t have great knowledge on the pendants I wanted to purchase. Overall satisfied as I got what I was looking for but staff could have been a little more friendly
