The sales girl did not know what the essence collection was and kept showing us all of the charms until another girl cleared it out for her. It was pretty simple to solve but we were arround 5 mins looking at the charms and asking her if she was sure it was what wanted and she started to get a little annoyed. After that everything went smoothly

I had a problem with a purcharse I did in Europe and they told that the warranty didnt extend to the US because they werent a branch of the european brand but a franchise in the US

I was told Mis information regarding my options to purchase. That I could buy 3 items from New York only in store and the rest were available online. When I tried to order the taxi, statie and Apple charm online I could not find it- I had bought the apple with gold stalk in store. When I tried to swap these items at the airport I was told that I was not entitled to a refund of the difference

I’m from the UK and found that your assistants in the US were no where near as friendly or as knowledgeable as those in the UK. They also weren’t as well presented or as professional as I am used to. I have a lot of Pandora products and felt like I knew more than the sales assistant.
