They offered me to clean my bracelette in another table and when I arrived the manager told me that that stopped doing ir couse the store is pretty busy.

Customer service was not the best. I came in as a tourist and not know how things work around here and the first thing that happened was a guy who rudely told me to go behind the rope if I want to be assisted. Once I got assisted the girl wasn't happy at all. Barely said hello or thank you when I made my purchase.

La joven que nos estaba atendiendo a principio fue muy grosera, entramos a la tienda y el muchacho que estaba delante hablaba nuestro idioma y nos dijo de la oferta del dia, cuando estamos viendo en la repisa, una chica se nos acerca y nos dice si estamos buscando algo en especifico, yo le dije que estaba viendo que gustaba, entonces le pedi que me pasara una bandeja con unos charms, y me la dio, cuando estaba sacando un charm de copo de nieve, ella me dijo que si n lo iba a comprar que me fuera de la tienda porque habian mas personas que si querian entrar y como estaba tan llena no podian atender a todo el mundo. Asi que me arrebato la bandeja de la mano y la puso en su sitio. Habia otra joven que al ver lo que ella hizo se disculpo y me la volvio a ensenar, y yo le dije que lo dejara que iba a ir otra tienda donde si me atendieran bien. Al final termine comprando un anillo en la tienda, pero nunca en mi vida me habian tratado asi, esa no es la forma de tratar a los clientes, como si fueramos poca cosa. No es nuestra culpa que la tienda este llena, o que haya poco personal, o cualquier otro problema que la jven haya tenido, esa no es la forma de tratar a la gente.

The salesperson seemed like she didn't want to be there. I guess working on a holiday weekend isn't her idea of fun. I jus happened upon the store and was surprised by the current promotion but she was a buzzkill. She wasn't interested in showing me anything and she made me feel like I should know what I want... basically I couldn't look around. Great for my husband but booo for me. She was such a Debbie downer.

Not enough sales assistants available. One was standing at the door doing NOTHING instead of assisting us. Very unprofessional. Eventually she got to us with a heavy sigh.
