The set up of the store is not great to buy. You get into the store and go to a line and wait for an attendant. We wanted to buy some charms, a necklace and a ring but didn't have one particular thing picked. The store made it really hard to look at things to be able to decide. The person working with us knew about the products but it seemed like she didn't want to be helping us and we were a bother to her. The only reason why we ended up buying only one charm was the lack of "showing".

They would not allow me to register for VIP card as I am a Canadian and not from the US. I would have looked forward to perks of membership. Regards

Because there were too many SA and no one was helping, and the lines on labor day were too long and only 2 of 5 SA were working the other 3 were doing nothing. Last the girl that helped me was very nice but she was very confused and she didn´t know anything so at one point she started to confuse me.

Porque, porqué la atención de la vendedora no fue la adecuada, bostezaba mientra me atendía, no contestaba mi respuesta, y mas aun, ni le prestó atención a mis preguntas.

I asked for Ny charm and the welcoming lady told me the one I like (taxi charm) was 65 usd, I was ok with that, and moved to the area to purchase the charm. At the payment time I learned it was 75 usd. Im not happy to feel uncomfortable in this kind of situations

I have many many Pandora items including diamond stack engagement rings for my wife. Every time we go somewhere special I buy her a little momento /gift. We visited New York and I found the staff mediocre. Nothing bad, but also not that attentive. Had to wait to be served and there were more staff than customers. Concept of products is great and never disappointed with quality and price. My usual jeweler is Robert Gatward in Ipswich Suffolk England. They are awesome.

The 1st sales lady whom 1st helped me were in a rush. She mentioned that she's leaving at 6pm. The 2nd sales lady were standing next to the 1st sales lady. I asked the 1st sales lady if you need to leave perhaps the 2nd sales lady could take over. No complaint on the 2nd sales lady. She was very helpful and friendly. I purchased the last piece of the Timeless Elegan Bangle. The piece looks used. I was told that Pandora cannot send the piece to the jeweler and have it polish. I'm surprised and un-satisfied that a store like yours does not have the ability to provide such service.

The store was great and the selection was great ! I got exactly what I was looking for however the staff that helped us had a bad attitude. I felt rushed, and as if I was bothering her by being at the store and purchasing merchandise. She didn’t smile once, she was really short in her responses and just made the buying experience uncomfortable.

It would be better telling the customer the price of the items taxes included since the beginning, because I accepted to buy a charm for $ 75 but at the end I paid $81, taxes included.
