Trisan was beautiful, however Melissa Torres was not. She was willing to do an exchange for a larger bracelet until she read my receipt was from Bay Plaza Pandora. Suddenly she stated that size was not in stock. Before she saw the receipt her demeanor was pleasant.

My husband bought me a charm specific to NYC and the threading inside the charm is defective so that it cannot be put on the bracelet. After going to my local Pandora store to make sure it was a problem with the charm, I contacted the store to see what can be done as I live in CT. Awaiting a solution.

The store is very small and full of people. I have to wait a lot of time to be attendant. I ask for two rings , and they didn’t have sizes

Staff not attentive. I don't believe the item I bought was brand new as it was tarnished. I was visiting from the UK and I have to take the item to a store in the UK to get it cleaned.

I was in the store earlier with a friend because she just recently got a pandora bracelet and we was out and about in NYC. However, I didn’t purchase my charm then. I probably should of though. Especially, if I knew that the sales associate I got when we came back would seem so unbothered. I will give her the sliding scale and just blame it on a long day for her. But if a customer is genuinely just asking a question. Maybe the sales associate should answer and not just point. It felt like we was bothering her or not so welcomed. Also I shouldn’t have to ask for a bag to put my merchandise in.

I was pretty much satisfied. The Line was just cramped being right behind the buyers and all. Nothing wrong with it. I just dont like tigjt spaces..

Although the clerk was nice, he was placed in a position he doesn't normally work for the holidays. Further, you need a better inventory tracking system. The plastic bags have bar codes on them, yet when ringing up the item, the clerk has to find it in the book and scan. Also, there isn't a way for them to know if you are out of an item without wasting so much time looking in all the drawers. If you had a proper inventory system, you would know if and where an item is, an automated way to reorder as stock gets low. Further, the clerk would spend less time looking for things and checking out the customer quicker by being able to scan the package bar code.
