Staff not over friendly, a little rude about my finger size, did not have ring I wanted in my size, was not bothered or over helpful as to other pandora shops in the area

The assistant was in such a rush her concern was to get through all the other customers instead of paying attention to me whilst she was attending me If she had paid a bit more attention I definitely wudve purchased more

I cold not buy tax free. I cold not look around with my daughter in a wheelchair. The lady who helped me let me only see the specific items of NY and nothing else.

First : They needed more charms for New york Secound : They showed charms that were discontinued. Third: they did not give me a pandora bag.

Felt like pandora are exploiting with the price of the New York charms ... you would sell far more if they are cheaper. 70 dollars , in uk would be considerably less

She didnt know at all how to open and close my braslate and actually how the safe stain lockes.she didnt had the willingness to put the new charm in between the other charms as all the other pandora assistances worldwide. she only cared how to finishes with us.

the staff is not gentle and friendly. they are overworked and they don't take any attention for your questions.

Sales associate asked if I needed assistance. I responded yes and she said she would be with me in one minute. In the meantime, another associate asked if I needed assistance and I informed her that I was waiting on the other associate to get me 3 charms. When the first associate heard me talking to the other associate she was slightly rude in her tone telling me I said I would help you. I responded and said I informed her of that. But why offer to help if you can't. Was a turn off to me - as she just wanted the commission.

La persona que nos atendió tenía muy mala cara y poca predisposición para atender no nos sentimos cómodos
