The young woman who was attending me kept conversations with coworkers or other visitors ignoring me. Furthermore, I was not given all my change due to lack of money.

There was a long line that wrapped around the store at the 42nd street location. The staff had NO SENSE OF URGENCY OR HASTE. It was Valentines Day and everyone has things to do. I did not think I'd have to wait an entire 1.25 hours on line to get one little charm. It sucks because I knew exactly what I wanted but was stuck waiting. The 3 employees were standing around between orders, looking around, doing NOTHING and then sloooowly would summon the next customer. We're in a small store, and it was quiet and easy to see the employees moving at a GLACIAL pace. There would be a good 2-3 minutes between each transaction and we just waited in agony to move the line along. I ended up being too late for dinner and had to skip to go straight to my show at 7. The employees all looked irritated and clearly did not want to work. they could have cut the time in half by being attentive and efficient. Also, FRIENDLY. I will think twice about coming back. It was a bittersweet purchase....

Staff was unpleasant , felted rushed , the store was messing they had the bins outside in the center table so they couldn’t really find the charm I wanted the manger spoke as drill Sargent to ppl entering

They told me that they will cancel my order because they didnt have the item , and never canceled it.. when will i see them canceling the order?

The service was rushed and the sales associate had very little knowledge of the product and was visibly irritated with customers.

En Pandora New York en la calle 42 las personas que nos atendieron una mostró demasiado desinterés y el otro fue muy grosero porque cuando le dije que me mostrará unos aretes y no estaba segura de llevarlos me volteo los ojos y la cara. Después regrese por los aretes pero obvio con otra vendedora.

I visited the store two consecutive days.The staff was not friendly at all. They actually seemed bothered. Also, they were engaging in a personal conversation between three staff members and I had to wait until they decided to ask me if I needed help.

The 2 assistants were having a chat whilst the store was empty and they treated me like I ( the only customer in store) was intruding. When I asked additional questions about another product, she was very unhelpful, I will not go there again

Customer service from the associate working with me was poor. Had repeat the items I wanted to purchase multiple times and never received the price for another chain I was interested in. Two other associates had to step in help the associate that was working with me. I was very Disappointed in the customer service for 42nd street location I received much better customer service the last two times I shopped in cross county shopping center.
