I was waiting in the store for 20 minutes before I was helped or even acknowledged. My sales associate was great. But the one that originally helped me had an attitude when I asked her questions about the gold bracelets. I felt uncomfortable until the new sales associate came over to interject

I ordered something online for pick up. I was told it would take 24 hours for my order to get picked and ready. I asked if they can accommodate my order since it was needed as a gift the same night. They were unable to help me. I was told to call customer service and see if they can refund my money back. Noone had any answers to my questions and no one was willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The workers were very unapproachable and very unfriendly. Their attitude and energy gave me a sense they didnt like their job. I used to shop at this store before but after this experience i highlight doubt i will be going back.

you have a promotion going on however I was unable to get the free bracelet because the sale associate inform me that they ran out however I felt he should have contacted another store to see if there was any bracelet there for me to receive or something should have been offer people buy from your store each and everyday customer appreciation should be shown PERIOD

I came into the store and asked the lady for a few items that I looked at online. One of the items was not available so I picked something else. The bad part is that I asked her if there was any sales that they had going on and her response was no. I made my purchase and moved on to the side of the store because I didn't want to be over crowded. The problem came when I told a friend about what I got for my wife and mother in-law. She told me that there's a sale going on and I should go back and get the deal. Also came to find out that I had to open each bag to find out what was inside of each one. Because I didn't know what was to my wife from my son or what was for my wife from me and the one I am planning giving to my in-law. I will be returning the whole purchase when I have the time. Because I made the same purchase online with a grate deal that got me a free bracelet.

It was raining when I went to the store. One of the Associate on the main entrance of the door. Just pointed on the plastic where I should put my umbrella in so that the floor don’t get wet. When I noticed other customers came in She helped them to put there umbrella in the bag. Clearly this associate only help whoever she feels likes. Thats one worst customer service. Pointing the finger instead of acknowledging the customer, was the worst customer service. I will not return to this store or recommend it to anyone.

We can’t move into the store (ok, Covid, I know) and if we don’t know what we want it’s not pleasant. The lady who serves us, was not smiling, she hurts me when she tried to take off the bracelet. It was too hot in the store (beautiful store).
