I got a ten percent off on my next purchase they refused to give it to me but the coupon says on my next purchase it say nothing to do with in store or out the Manger was rude and the sales representative tried to get me to change my ring and said what I Had on was extra and I didn't ask her that I asked her to ring it up the first women that helped when I first came to the store great

Porque fui a 3 tiendas en NY x su venta en sale y fui atendida pesimamente y en la ultima fue uno de sus managers que me atendiouy mal yo se que iba a comorar en sale pero en una de sus tiendas gaste 160dll en la 2da como 60 y en la tetcera resulta que unico charm que me gusto estaba ahi x equivocation y sin ninguna explication solo dijo no este no va aqui y esto es lo q hay si deseas bien sino lo siento muy rudo y si ustedes pueden ver con mi correo electronico mi historia de compras yo he comprado mucho con ustedes que pena q se dañe asi el services al ckiente

There was a very long queue both indoor and outdoors and there was very little space to move indoors and it did not seem safe or comfortable at all. It was too hot indoors and I would've preferred to wait outside where I had more room and was more comfortable. It took a long time to get to the front, even though I spent only a few minutes buying what I wanted because I knew what I came in for, but other people would be there for half an hour trying on various items when there is a queue of 20 people squished inside.

I had a problem with my online order. I tried explaining this to a woman who greeted me at the door. Her response was to contact Pandora online and kind of brushed me off. The line was super long & it felt like there wasn’t enough associates in the store for the amount of customers. Total wait time was about 30-45 minutes. When I finally get to the front of the line, the woman who greeted me was telling the sales associate I was here to replace/return/exchange an online order which was not the case. I was buying a whole NEW bracelet since the one I ordered online was MISSING from the packaging when I got it. The things I ordered online was a Christmas gift and i needed the items before then. There was no compensation for the missing product in the store or no empathy either. Then, the sales woman was disconnected. Seemed like she has been working for too long and hated her job. I tried making jokes to light up the atmosphere and she was just not happy. It was not a pleasant experience. Overall, dissatisfied with my complete experience- online & the store. Not what I expect from a place that sells expensive items.

The salesperson was not very helpful in suggestions for a gift. Also, my bracelet was cleaned but one of my charms should have been removed and not put in the solution due to the dupe of charm. Sales person should have knowledge of merchandise. Not satisfied at all with this visit.

They were unaware of the new Halloween items and were unsure if they were in stock. Took some time for me to show them the picture display in store and ask if they had the items.

the manager at this store was extremely rude, i was outside in the rain and this manager saw me but since i didnt look like a rich looking person like the other lady that was not at the line waiting, she opened the door for this person and asked me to stay outside. when it was my turn I asked one of the associates witch thanks to her it changed my perception of the entire store she told me they were both manager so lets not confuse one from the other, the rude, nasty and unapologetic manager is the white lady with tattoos. the hispanic lady was super nice and helped me go thru my needs, i was looking to buy several charms for all my nieces but thanks to the rudeness of the other person since i didnt meet her high profile rich customer i ended up buying less accesories than i came to get in the first place...in the other hand the person she brought to the store didnt buy a thing. terrible mistake. next time dont judge a book by its cover.

Staff is not competent Not a good customer service
