When I tried to go inside the store, a man who works there made a gesture with his hands in the way that I had to wait outside. Then, when I finally had the chance to go in, this same man asked what I was doing there. The problem was not what he said in these two occasions, but how he said that, in a very rude and unpolite way.

La persona que me atendió fue bastante arrogante y no me atendió de buena manera. Normalmente te asesora y son empaticos pero este señor era demasiado odioso. No tengo el mejor inglés pero no me entendía “family” una palabra tan fácil me la hizo repetir como 4 -5 veces, creo que se hacía más bien el desentendido… de verdad porque quería aprovechar y comprar antes de mi viaje, porque de lo contrario no le compro a ese señor

The manager was rude and was rushing to close the store willing we were paying, I spent 228.64 dollars to be treated like that and my family, she was just rude the whole time we were in there, my mom also got some stuff from the store, the lady how was taking care of us was nice but the manager was having attitude and face. I’m no coming back to this store because I’m about good energy and vibe and she doesn’t has it.

The salesperson was not friendly at all. He act like he didn’t want to assist me. I never had felt so not wanted in Pandora store in my life. I love shopping here. And this was my first time actually shopping for myself.

The girl that help me Andrea, was very rude, she was with a really bad actitud the whole time and was talking about food with other employee she make me feel like i was not welcomed, and was only friendly when she told me her name to do the survey, im a pandora lover and im very disappointed

The sales associate was rude and the lines outside the door. They took forever to take people and I'm just not happy with the overall performance. The earrings easy pop opening for $60 I don't expect that to happen.

It was my first time visiting a pandora store, i walked in and was not greeted. Asked to look at rings and was met with blank stares. After asking where I can find them they showed me to an associate that was very helpful. I was purchasing a gift for my daughters birthday and was overall hapoy with the product. While I was in the store a heavy rain began so I aksed for a bag to place my newly purchased gifts (approx $115). They COULD NOT HELP ME. The.bag the boxes were in was paper and flimsy. What appeared to be the manager of the store directed me to the umbrella bags to use. I was dismissed when I asked if there wete any other options. They actually seemed annoyed by my asking for a small handle bag and daid they had nothing else. As a first time buyer this experience failed in every way. As soon as I left the store the bag was drenchwd and fell apart on my way to my next appointment. I had to purchase something from a store nearby to get a bag to hold my daughter's gifts. This store lacked warmth, communication as well as the customer service that I specifically asked for. I was willing to pay extra for simple packaging. Very disappointed, will not be returning.
