Sale’s associate was pretty rude while we were shopping. He came up to us and stated “listen girls if you’re not buying anything you need to leave so we can let more people in.” as I was actively asking about the necklace I purchased, I almost didn’t buy it because he was so rude.

The sales representative gave false info on the return policy of the store and never apologized. He stated that the return policy is 30 days and has never mentioned that the 50% sale item I had purchased on that day could not be returned at all. Even though I had asked him if the return policy is the same on all items I have purchased. He openly lied to me, which is unacceptable. When I came and asked to return a sale item he ONLY THEN stated that it was a final sale. Unprofessional staff, hiding truthful information from their customers.

I was promised if I opened a charge account I would get 35% and 10% off. As I spent up to $225 as recommended for interest free I was adding things up and it did not match the iPad. I left thinking it was ok to notice the 10% was not given. Had to go back in the store and wait over 30 minutes for them to figure it out. I had to suggest something for me to get out of there. I was not pleased at all with the staff especially in Times Square. I expected more professionalism. Also you were out of all kind of sizes and told I had to go to another store instead of them ordering it on line and sending it to me. I think I should have gotten at least a free bracelet for al the chaos. I wasted close to 2 hrs in that store which shortened my visit to NY.

Poor customer svs. Three associates stand there and chatting and make me wait more than 20 min. Girl helping one customer asked them to assist me but they ignored.

The assistant was so not kind. Not a racist but felt like I was treated that way. I understand that I was just buying a CHEAP ring but she shouldn't behave that way. I was a really big fan of Pandora but now, not sure

We were handled as yet another tourist walking from the street. Staff was distracted during the payment, while working with switched her attention to another client and made abrupt directions to me about the payment. Staff also didn’t what to let us try on the gems in the beginning, took 5 seconds or so to decide to let us do this. We didn’t feel very welcome.

No one asked me if I needed help until about 15 minutes of being in the small store. When I first entered the store, another customer was extremely rude, but so was the employee that was helping her. Instead of her asking another employee to help me, she was rude to me.

Terrible service. Employees were not doing anything. Didn’t approach us right the way, we had to wait for someone to come by us for about 15 min. We knew what we wanted from the moment we got in the store, yet they made us wait for no reason.
