The sales associate was very rude and impatient. He didn't want to sell the products we wanted to buy. The only reason I stayed in the store was that I needed to buy a gift that day. Otherwise, I would have left.

I walked into the store and no one really greeted me. I also had to approach a person to ask for assistance. I asked about two charms to see if they were in stock and the associate said they didn’t have it in stock and thenher previously customer came back with an issue and she decided to deal with them and asked someone else to assist me, there was no smooth hand off for this sales interaction. The new associate actually looked to see if the store had the charms I wanted and it did. While she was ringing me out a co-worker decided to have chat while she’s assisting me which I thought was very rude. However the associate did let her peer know she was assisting a me with the sale but this co-worker continued with the small talk anyways. I finally made my purchase, left the store and 5 mins later I realized I was given the wrong receipts and I had to go back to the store. Overall I felt there wasn’t enough professionalism and I felt like some associates didn’t care.

The saleswoman encouraged the pourchasse without feeling to meet the need. SHE looked jaded.

Apart from a doorman opening the door no acknowledgement from sales assistance, there was only who was already serving, I knew exactly what I wanted the doorman told me stand over the other so I was out of the way. After a few minutes other sales assistants appeared, told her what I wanted, very unfriendly. Did not experience the friendliness I had encountered during the week that I’ve spent visiting New York from England. Disappointing service but adore the NYC charm I’ve bought home with me.

I walked to the store some associates were available, I asked for what I want and she told me to make in line after some customers, I told her I am a pandora credit card holder, and she didn’t care I had to wait anyways. The associate put less interest in selling, gave me want I asked and didn’t offer anything else.

Give them my Pandora bracelet w/ charm to clean, didn't do a good job, very disappointed... Sale person walk away right after we done paying. We stand and waited for the bracelet which was taken to clean, no sales or store reps ask us I need anythjng, if we are waiting for something, totally ignore us

She was not helpful and did not seem interested in helping me. The others were also cold and unfriendly.
