The sales associates was very annoyed because I wasn’t sure on what to get. She didn’t give any advice, she just gaved me the book for me to look the charms. She didn’t talk at all

The sales clerk who assisted didn’t seem interested at all, he wasn’t looking at us but instead at random stuff going on outside the store, asked us the same questions a number of times and to our great surprise said that the item we wanted we could just buy back in the UK!

The associates were very rude. They were just talking with one another and not paying attention to others around them. One associate started cleaning glass right in my face, which is highly disrespectful.

The sale agent got bad attitude, when I asked something related to what I was looking for. I also tried to show him that the bangle that I received for Christmas it opens all the time and that's why i lost the charm that i went to buy, but he refused to see it. And finally the cloth that I bought like regularly I do, the 3 of them don't work for nothing, don't clean nothing at all.

The manager... the person greeting ppl upon entering the store were rude. Stood there for over 15 minutes while others who came in after me were helped. I also asked to have my jewelry cleaned and the response was awful. The bracelet I needed cleaned cost me about $1200 and my Christmas bangle with every Black Friday/ special addition Christmas charm since about 2008 is also in the range of about $1500+. I have been a customer since 2007... I'm totally done with pandora and will never step foot in the 42street store again... heading back to Tiffany's!!!

La dependiente no fue atenta, no escuchaba, no se sabía los precios, estaba muy desmotivada. Además me dió el producto que compré de cualquier manera, no me dió caja y sólo cuando se lo pedí me dió una bolsa, era como si entraras a un bazar de multiprecio y para nada se pareció a mis experiencias anteriores en tiendas pandora, ha sido desagradable.

A lady fainted in front of me due to the ridiculously long wait in an overheated shop. We waited over 45 minutes to make a purchase despite knowing exactly what we went in for, also there was an advert for 2 or 3 and get additional discount which was a con as not valid for all purchases, which was not mentioned until check out. Being a health care professional, I helped the lady who had cut her head from her glasses when she fainted, to my utter amazement, not 1 but at least 5 of the shop staff instead of helping leant over the counter to be nosey.(1 called 911). I was told there was no 1st aid kit, used my own water and kitchen roll to rinse her head, eventually ideas given a box with 1 plaster and 2 triangular bandages...no gloves or saline solution or butterfly sutures or even scissors should there be a real emergency! The lady didn't want to go to hospital but was checked out by paramedic. I didnt even receive a thank you let alone the discount I had already thought I was getting. Appalling and in one of the busiest city's in the world!
