Salesperson was very rude, rushed, and did not seem interested in helping

The sales associate that I happen to have in the beginning of my purchase was rude, uneducated about the products in the store and the company overall. He did not know what "teacher" charms Pandora carries (when there are only 2 which as a consumer even I know) could not find ANY of the products I requested, the greeter had to locate the charm & the store manager had to locate the ring in the size I requested which the associate stated they did not have. His lack of professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, quality and all around demeanor is a shame to have encountered during an experience shopping with you this holiday season. The store manager seemed very unaffected by the individuals behavior and barely apologized for the incident. Kimberly was wonderful, extremely helpful, suggested products that she over heard me asking the previous associate for which he was no help with and even tried to secure future business for you all. Unfortunately I will never shop at this Pandora (or any other as EVERY store i enter I encounter a terrible associate) again after visiting twice in less than a week. Having been a retail store manager myself, I know what quality is & this isn't it!!

The lady who served me was unhelpful and negative and I felt she was only after a sale and for me to spend lots of money. She was saaying that I didn't have spacers (?) on my bracelet so it wasn't under warranty and was very negative. she wasn't friendly or helpful, she just wanted me to spend money and was rude about my bracelet. I still bought the charm, as I was in NYC on holiday and had promised it to myself, and if I was in London I would have gone to another branch and not let her have the sale.

The sales assistant was very rude, kept tapping her hands on the counter when I was trying rings on , it was hard work for her to give me a bag and a box for the rings I bought

I was wanting to purchase the Radio City Rockettes Charm only, and did not want the gift box. This was an option at the Radio City Pandora Store, but unfortunately the booth was closed the day of our show, so I went to the store to purchase. Was given the option of receiving just the charm, but while still paying the full price including the gift box! Silly... I did purchase this anyway, but it should have been the same price as the "store" inside Radio City Music Hall.

Staff very rude. Felt like an effort to actually serve us. They would be mid way through serving us and would start talking to other members of staff about personal stuff.

Exhibit a ring, just under of it a sign small, from 50, we will buy 3 of them, and the price was higher, so we return thre of them, the price shown was confuse.

I went to get a present form my wife and brought 2 charms. A member of sales was very helpful in showing me the products. I have brought a lot from you in the past so had a lot of what she recommended. She came across a bit pushie but I appreciate its a sales environment. But what annoyed me was I was asked for I. D. When I went to pay which I found offencive epically as payment was via chip and pin. I shopped quite alot in my one day in NYC and spent substantially a lot more in other shopping stores and not once did anyone ask me for my I.D. Further more nobody elce in the store was asked the same question. I felt I wss being judged on my appearance and attire. I walked out of store feeling judged and did not appreciate how she made me feel, like I had robbed a card. I'm not sure I want to support the brand after the experience which is a shame as my wife needed 4 more charms to fill the bracelet.
