The employee was rude and unwelcoming. There were many people and few were willing to help and welcome clients in.

Sales assistant was rude and made us feel ike we were putting her out. Ive shopped in pandora in the uk and the sales staff are always helpful and attentive, here it was like we were an inconvenience.

Desafortunadamente el Asesor de ventas no cumplió con:Sonreír y saludar. Prestar atención a mis necesidades. Ofrecer alternativas. Ofrecer accesorios (compré un pendiente, ofrece una cadena para colgarlo o una pulsera), los hombres no suelen ser tan expertos como las mujeres (yo soy hombre y buscaba 2 regalos), al asesor de ventas solo le interesaba (compra y sal de la tienda) luego gritar NEXT. Cómo si Pandora vendiera PESCADO.

The sales associate did not seem interested in me as a customer and looked like he really didn’t want to be there at all! He never smiled once. He didn’t recommend products or offer any other help other than what I asked for. I would almost class him as rude.

There was an in store offer of receiving a Pandora luggage tag with purchases over $100 and we didn't receive it.

The first sales assistant informed me I could look around but if I needed assistance I needed to join a queue, I was looking at charms when I was rudely told I had to join The queue even to look, she then proceeded to roll her eyes and comment rudely about myself with another customer.

la vendedora me dio un precio de $150 por pulsera, a la hora de pagar el precio real era de $175 dolares, tuve que pagar $50 dolares adicionales que no tenia contemplados, uno gasta en base a los precios que te dan en la tienda, si los precios estan equivocados al final uno paga dinero extra, es lo equivalente a un fraude

I went to the store at World Trade Center New York I was visiting from London for my 40th my sisters have given me a bangle and children gave me a chat Each, an aunt had given me $50 so I thousght I'd by a rose gold spacer. Spacers seem to be the same as charms so Asked to look at Rose gold clip but none were available in store!! So ventured up to time square pandora also knowing it was Memorial weekend and plannning in spending over $100 to get the free bangle. This time the assistant was slightly. More helpful and had the Rose gold clip I wanted but only had a damaged bangle left so I Was highly dissapotined as was wanting the memorial weekend special but also there was limited availability in Rose gd fir my bangle and as this was a special Birthday and gifts feim family was disappointed that this wasn't treated a special and also no guidance given to the different products that were sold all was just assumed! Overall what was meant to be an exciting purchase was underwhelming and annoying As you say this is feedback If you do send a voucher please could I have it in pounds now as won't be back in the states Cheers Fiona

The sellers we're unpleasant and we had to wait for a long time until we were assisted. After we decided to buy a charm (paying with credit card) the seller asked us truly unkind to see our ID's! That absolutely humiliating! I'll never visit the store on the 42nd Street in NY ever again! I'd rather go to Tiffany's because there they do not even think about asking for our ID's just because we're paying with a credit card!

I have purchased from Pandora in the UK there is always a member of staff to greet you as you go into the shop, ask if you need any assistance, direct you to a friendly assistant. I did not get any of this service when I visited this store in New York. The assistant who served me did not engage in any friendly dialogue or even break into a smile. If it wasn't for the fact that I could only purchase the Big Apple charm from NY I would have left the store without making any purchase. Very disappointed with the assistant she is not a credit to Pandora
