I purchased a safety chain it was attached to my bracelet incorrectly and most of my charms were around the wrong way did not notice until I got back to the hotel

I was quoted a price for $100 for a safety bracelet/link. When it came to pay I was then told its $150.

The first thing that I noticed was that the Pandora crew didn’t welcome any client when they enter the store (including me) I spend around 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me because they were all taking to each other (not because they were busy or with other customers.) After those 10 minutes of waiting a gentleman asked me if I needed help so he ask a lady to help me and she rolled her eyes at him. She was not professional at all, I guess she got mad she had to stop chilling with her coworkers and got mad because I was making her “work”. Or that maybe she thought because I am young I wasn’t going to buy, by the way her name is Viviana M. This is the second time I buy in Pandora. My first purchase I spend $300 and now my second purchase I spend $60. Wouldn’t recomendable any of my friends/family to visit this particular Pandora store. I’m very disappointed!

Extremely rude assistants, never have experienced such rudeness from pandora. All my jewellery is pandora, I will not be returning to this store.

Every item I wanted on sale was out of stock!!!! The sales person wasn’t friendly!

I brought 2 charms 1 for $60 and another for $75 the sales assistant didn't tell me about tax being added on which is wrong. I ended up getting charged $146 which is completely wrong . She wouldn't let me pay for them seperatly but together so I would have to pay more tax.

My daughters and myself went to NYC we spent a large amount of dollars. Attitude by some of the assistants and unable to provide one of the items. No offer to phone other stores to see if they had it in stock. and made to line up in one store
