Sales person was moody that we only bought the one charm. Not interested in my questions once we said we only want the New York sky line charm. No impressed with her at all. For a massive store in NY she needs replacing

Member of staff not very friendly. Asked next customer if needed help before she da finished serving us. Not overly helpful.

The charm i purchased was scuffed and scratched. I purchased in a store in the US before leaving to return home to the UK so have emailed regarding the charm as unable to return. I have not yet received a response.

I bought a $85 charm from Pandora but wasn't told about the promo wherein you can get free earrings/ring with a $100 purchase. I was told about this the next day when i visited Pandora once more in the airport. Most associates would tell the customer about this promo, specially if the total cost is less than $20 away from reaching $100. Going into a different Pandora store the following day, i asked if possible to add a charm to reach the $100 or if there was anything that could be done (like return the item and buy again, plus add another charm), but her only explanation was "Sorry, no." After telling her that it's our right to return the charm we purchased, she wasn't very helpful, but just said "I'm just working here. My manager said no." Really not the kind of assistance we were looking for. And still very upset about this.

When we walked into the store staff looked at there watches, it was no where near store closing time, took ages to be acknowledged more interested in what was going on with other members of staff, a total lack of communication with us even tho we purchased two charms, so overall our experience sucked....

The sales associate, whose name is Alexa, was extremely rude to me!!! Clearly she didn’t want to be there. Horrible attitude, horrible employee!!! If she doesn’t want to be in customer service she should quit. I’m buying, not asking for free. Please, let her go, she made my pandora experience horrible.

Advisor leaning on the counter ignoring me when I was right next to her. Not engaging looked fed up. Wasn't interested in helping me choose a charm as wanted unique new york ones as from uk

LLegué a la tienda pocos minutos antes de que cerraran, la persona que me atendió fue muy amable, tal vez por el afán se cometió un error al momento de facturar y me facturó triple (en diferentes facturas) el mismo charms Airplane Globe, compré dos y me entregó dos pero facturó 3, los cuales pagué sin darme cuenta. Factura 1: 065657013448090423 21:03 pm Factura 2: 065657013449090423 21:06 pm Noté el error hasta ahora que regresé de mi viaje, me gustaría que me indicaran qué debo hacer para que me devuelvan el dinero que pagué de más, gracias.

The attendance, Kelsey was rude with us all the time. Looked like she didn’t want show us all the options to buy. Her face was clearly in a very bad mood. We just didn’t give up bc I didn’t have other day and time to go to another store. She didn’t look at us and didn’t make our purchase happy as always purchasing in Pandora products must be. I buy Pandora since 2010 and never felt that. I am so sad for making this but I really needed it.

The sales rep was very very rude and didn’t give much information . I had to read the bottom of my receipt to get the information.
