I went to different pandora locations in New York to purchase the exclusive New York Charms. I first went to the this location on 1/1 an hour before closing, only to be told they were closed already. I returned to the store on 1/2 to purchase the charms. It was not a good experience at all. I wish the store associate had given me a better experience. The customer service did not compare to my previous experience in Mexico City. I felt rushed, associate had an attitude and I did not receive a box or bag for my charms. Customers go to Pandora for a magical experience. I still purchased my charms but would have purchased more had I had a better experience with sales associate.

I made a qualifying purchase for a free silver bralcet my purchase was a total of $304. And they didnt have anymore braclets thats is called false advertising if you have no more remove your promotion sign

Pandora store is set in NYC I travel an hour to visit that store they had nothing I wanted in stock. Employee didn’t know the items. I wasn’t able to get my free bracelet because they only had 1 size and they didn’t even care I was spending over $600!

Terrible customer service. I visited this Pandora from California and upon entering the store I was yelled at to get behind a particular sign. I was not the only customer that was yelled at and we had not seen the sign we were looking around the store to see the merchandise. Other store associates gave us dirty looks. It's sad because we were excited to shop there and to get that type of experience was not fair. I have visited various locations and never had I been treated this way.

I have been able to collect myself after breaking down in tears. This experience at this store has completely left me bewildered. Never ever in my life have been treated so poorly. The entire staff at this store is deplorable especially the heavily pregnant manager. To threathen me with phisical violence, verbally abuse and humiliate me after their own mistakes was just shocking. The psychological and emotional trauma is really affecting me. Their treatment left me with several panic and emotional and anxiety attacks. I couldn’t believe the employees told me they will physically harm me and proceed to pick up the broom and actually go forward to do so. I have read several reviews of this inadequate staff at this location and im shocked that corporate hasn’t done anything to ensure the physical and emotional safety of the hundreds of customers who have left detailed negative reviews of similar experiences to mines. It seems the company simply doesn’t care to take action and i feel so violated i feel i have no option but to escalate this incident to the better business bureau, as well as explore legal actions. What this store has done is simply theft!

The first sales lady was nasty and kept cursing under her breath, the manager then had someone else help me that was very nice.

The ladies at the counter, they were terrible, bad educated, one one them was trash talking to the other one about me, just because I was asking to help. They were bad employees, really bad. It's a shame

Manager as well as all employees were super unfriendly nor kind. I ask few questions through my visit and it did upset them. As they had a child working with them. They should be working on customer service.
