All Pandora shops in New York had a £129 deal on for a bracelet & 2 charms. The shop in 42st refused to do this offer even though 3 other shops were doing it! So my purchase cost me double!!

Went in to pickup an online order. Was met with an extremely rude and inconsiderate employee. (Man with green hair) this Absolutely the reason I will not be going back. If I wasn’t pressed for time I would have just cancelled my order. I am still considering just taking it back. That was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The rest of the employees stood and watched as he carried on. The woman who helped me after was nicer but they still all stood and watched what happened and I think she just felt bad. Everyone was literally just standing around when you walk in, I did not expect the outcome. I won’t be going back. It was not worth it to me. The bracelet was nice but not worth that experience.

Elijah; the sales associate had a panic attack and started yelling at my family and me. When asked to calm down got worse. The rest of the team knew it was quit normal and continue buss as usual.

I placed an online order and they messed up my order without realizing it. Then before the realized , they cancelled my order and I had to repurchase my item at a higher price.

I was advised that the order I placed online that I received an email stating was ready for pickup was not in the system. Then while assisting to get this rectified she kept leaving to complete other orders for customers that came in after me.

The representative gave me the wrong merchandise, she also placed 3 bracelets in one box. I also purchased 2 charms in one box. I honestly feel like the representative wasn’t even listening to what I wanted. I didn’t noticed until I got home that everything was just thrown in one box.

Felt unwanted and judged, sale associate was unfriendly and she was reluctant to give me service or attend to my needs. the motive seem to be to rush me way, which I found odd because the store was not crowded or busy at this time. only reason I purchase an item was out of pure desperation to fulfill a birthday gift.
