I was lead to a sales rep, who referred me to a manager, who referred me to another manager who actually insulted me by stating my charm I was exchanging was a fake and I bought it from that store,

I was texting my fiancé about meeting her after my purchase and didn’t see what the associate was doing. When I returned after purchasing the charm, all I had was a bag with an empty box. I returned to the store and was told by staff that they would have to review the surveillance video footage before addressing the very expensive empty box I received from this store. I was told it could take several days. Since the charm I purchased was a momento for my fiancé of our visit here, it is time sensitive. We leave tomorrow and if it is not resolved, we have no charm of our visit and I’m out 70$. So now I have no special charm for her, just a 70$ cardboard box. And a bag. And tissue paper. I have spent thousands at Pandora for her charm bracelet and charms and wanted to keep purchasing charms at every place we visit. I am now reluctant to continue purchasing from Pandora. I called corporate and hope to have the matter resolved today.

The ring I bought was not given to me! What on earth. I got home from a work trip, gave my daughter her gift and when she opened it nothing was there. They didn't wrap the gift infront of me, so I did not see this. It has been 3 hours since I notified the store and no one is calling me they had the audacity to tell me the 2nd time I called demanding resolution that they can't be rushed. I was robbed in plain sight and my daughter couldn't believe I gave her an empty box and they can't be rushed?

I saw a certain merchandise and knew how much it is priced, i took the screenshot and went to the store. On Website it doesn't say that in store pricing would be different. But my Sales Associate was clueless, so she brought the store manager, who was extremely rude, and told me to buy online instead of price matching. When a customer is in store and made the effort to come to the store, why would they go back and buy online and wait for the product. I told her multiple times that the price instore and online is always same. Just had a horrible experience. But because it was a gift for my wife, i was kinda blackmailed to buy the product on their price. Kinda felt bad.

I came in to purchase a gift as well as getting one of my bracelets cleaned. The associate that helped me took the bracelet and cleaned it. I do not know that it will be cleaned on the spot. Instead of telling me she just took it and went to clean with an attitude I wanted to drop it off and come back next day for it. I purchased a pair of earring and ask for a bow I know your store has the bag with the bows because I purchased here before and she was like no we don’t have that we never did . And dropped the package. She was extremely rude and I don’t think I will ever go back to this location again. There was no need for her to act the way she did

During our visit to Time Square we stoped at pandora to buy some jewelry we were wanting. The team associate who was in charge of our experience and our ease through the store was rude, not comprehensive and just dry. Her customer service is horrible. As a manager in a retail store the need to captivate cliental and assist them if needed is necessary if not required. She needs to be leasson on these type of behavior immediately or your going to loose sales. I ended up buying earrings which color I didn't love but my partner didn't like Nicoles attitude and behavior and wanted to shop at another store. My partner bought at another pandora 11 minutes away and I exchanged the earrings I bought for another paire. I just want Nicole to be aware of her attitude and her sense of customer service immediately.... y

I purchased 3 items. One of my items was not placed in my bag. I have called and tried to get a refund and the store is not willing to unless I come back in. I’m visiting and cannot go back to store. I’ve called corporate and they can’t refund or not willing to mail out the charm to me. This is extremely poor service. I have been purchasing Pandora for several years, but this quality of service is awful! I was told by both corporate and the store that I have to dispute the charge with my credit card. I would think in order to not lose a sale you would want to just send out the merchandise. The store managers need to be able to know how to give back credit without the card.

Qhen I enter a store, I intend to buy something. It was impossible to browse the store to.see the selections and chose at leisure.
