I wanted to exchange a ring and a bracelet and the manager told me I couldn't because it was "wear and tear" when its actually the quality of the ring I also wanted to exchange my bracelet and he said he could because it wasn't purchased within 90 days. I also wanted a couple of charms and when I would ask for them they always said that they don't have it stock it was like this for 5 or 6 charms. The staff was very rude expect the one that cleaned our pandoras. I'm highly disappointed because every time we go to a pandora it always the best service it this time i left disappointed and mad

The representative was not professional nor friendly. She dismissed my requests and avoided showing the requested items. This associated needs to be retrained and coached on how to appropriately assist customers. I’m extremely disappointed and very dissatisfied with the service of the representative.

We were in a line and we were told to go in. Once we entered, the lady who was helping us, a middle aged women in blonde hair seemed like she was tired and ready to leave. No smile no greeting no nothing. Her answers were really bland and my sister who wanted more suggestions for her bracelet felt very upset.

The employee Name Bella , Id 124261 Lied to us when we asked for a NewYork exclusive charm. She wanted to sell us a Disney Snow white Apple charm as a New York exclusive apple charm. We noticed it was not an exclusive NY charm , and confronted her. She shrugged it of and told us It was a Disney charm but she was selling it to us as a exclusive NY charm. We encourage for some some type of action to be taken. Many customers like me can be lied to about these products. I trusted pandora employees, now i have to think about it twice.

Walked in no one asked me if I needed help, I had to ask the lady beside the counter to help. When then finally help me they disappeared. Again I had to ask for help.

I was the only one in the store so its not like they were busy, yet when I asked for assistance I was given attitude and the sales associate had no patience and was mad when I asked to see something. I asked to exchange an item aside from making another purchase and she gave me a huge issue about it saying "I dont know if you're allowed to exchange this" and called over 3 other sales associates to ask them. When I try to talk they dont want to hear what I'm saying. Its ridiculous and I'd rather go somewhere else.

I went to exchange a charm of my mother bracelet because it was tarnish and quality was not good. The manager at Times Square NYC told me that I had to take it instead to a jeweler because she was not able to take the charm back. A $65 charm I was supposed to just lost my money. Then I went to another Pandora store and they were able to exchange the charm and great customer services at Herald Square NYC.

My sales associate damien, was rude and I didn't want him assisting me. I tried another sales associate, and he wouldn't let her assist me. I would have rathered someone else again that commission not him.
