As soonest I walked in to the store, one of the representatives gives me an attitude and he asked his coworkers "If someone speaks Spanish" I guess he assumed I don't speak English , because I was talking with my boyfriend in Spanish. After this, nobody came to offer me help, and none of them were busy. So again I had to wait around 10 minutes, to see if someone decide they want to help me. I feel very disappointed with my visit in this store I have go to other Pandora stores, and even if they are busy they are always very welcoming and helpful thru the process of my shopping. Please I will appreciate a lot that a situation like this won't happen again to someone else.

Good morning!! I'm not satisfied with Pandora in NY because the employees They are really arrogant, no friendship at all Looking over you I wouldn't recommend this shop in NY ever Thanks

There was sales associate at front when i walked in, the store was a little crowded but she insisted she could help me all i asked was if she could check a ring size for me and she had no idea what i was asking for

I was lied to about my email address not being used to contact me. It was allegedly just "for warranty purposes" and yet you are spamming me every few days. An unacceptable and deceitful invasion of my privacy.

the staff was VERY RUDE. I was hoping to find something my friend as a gift, and one of the staffs approached me with a really rude attitude. She was reluctant, annoyed, and impatient when I asked her to show me a couple of charms/earrings. She was talking to another co-worker the whole time and flirted to one of them while "helping me out." She refused to show me the catalog of the products due to a new company policy, yet she showed the catalog to another customer. It was very difficult to find a gift for my friend because I could not see the selection of products without the catalog or her showing me the products that are not on display. I also had a feeling that the staff was racist to me and judging how indecisive I was with another co-worker. She also said something in Spanish to another co-worker and asked him to help me out instead. I have no idea what they said but both of them were rude and impatient. With the male staff's help, I purchased something at the end but I felt like they were relieved that I was not "playing around" and happy that I left the store. I had a very unpleasant purchasing experience.

I recently purchased my first Pandora Bracelet on Sunday, March 31st. I purchase over $860 and opened an account with Pandora. After reading the reviews on the Regal Heart Locket Bracelet, I decided to exchange as I was scared of losing the clasp / locket. I stopped by the store closest to my employment and was not provided with the customer care I expected. The Manager Mary did not budge on the exchange 10% discount and stated that was only for the first purchase, however my first purchase is what I was exchanging. I did not write the reviews on your website nor did I really want to exchange it, however after speaking to several associates they all said I should get a clasp bracelet as it is more secure. Because this was not a cheap investment I wanted to take all precautions and safety measure to ensure I keep my bracelet. I also informed her I was going to purchase 5 more charms and decided against it. I will never return to that store, I will not refer anyone to that store and I am disappointed with the customer service received! For this to be my second experience, it might be my LAST!

Went in this store with excitement to buy a NY charm for gifts to take back home to family. We were not at all greeted by the staff in the store, so began to look for the charms ourselves, after making eye contact with several staff to prompt them to serve us we approched one lady to ask her for help. She advised someone will assist us soon (as 2-4 staff were standing around talking to each other) waited a few minutes before a different sales girl approached us with a rude tone making us feel that we were inconveniencing her saying ‘what do you want’ explained that we were after a NY charm she slammed the box down on the desk and stood there offering no assistance and just tapping her fingers in boredom. Any questions asked she answered with disinterest and a rude tone. We purchased the charms as a souvenir and a limited item we would not be able to purchase at home but walked out so unimpressed and the charms will be a constant reminder of the disgraceful service we received in New York.
