The staff member was rude, rushed through the purchase and gave the overall impression of a hurried sale. My purchase was put straight onto my bracelet but I did not receive a presentation box, being told I didn’t need one. Very unapproachable.

The sales assistant who was standing behind the counter not assisting anyone else and staying into space had to be told by a manager to assist myself. She looked like she did not want to be there. She did not speak to me except to say the words email for the warranty. Being from the UK I was very disappointed at the lack of customer service the USA is famous for.

The sales assistants were huddled in the middle of the store in their own little world and only acknowledged the customer when asked for help. Then the assistant was lack luster. I was visiting from the UK where I have only experienced exceptional service at the Pandora stores I have visited.

The sales assistant was not very friendly at all, made our experience not very enjoyable at all. She clearly did not want to be there and this showed in our experience. Was not very happy at all

When i went to pay for my purchase (around $60) I was asked for ID as I was using a credit card!! As a visitor from the UK I did not have my passport on me as it was locked up for safekeeping in the hotel room safe. The sales assistant did not offer any explanation other than i needed ID to make the purchase. I then asked her to confirm I could not make any purchases as I did not have ID and she said 'yes'. However I then asked if that still applies if I was paying by cash and she said 'no, you can pay by cash'! When I asked her why hadn't she told me that she just stared and had no answer. After paying in cash she handed me my change then immediately turned away, there was no 'thank you'! I commented how rude she was then related the experience to the man who had greeted me into the shop, he had no words! Pandora is the ONLY shop that asked for ID during the whole week we were shopping in New York. I could even possibly understand it if i was making a purchase of several hundred dollars!

I visited the time sq store was served by Trea D 157685 she was not very pleasant put no effort into the experience of purchasing the reflexion bracelet and charms that I had waited untill I got to N.Y to purchase to make it a special occasion. She had very long nails and struggled putting the bracelet together for me and on my wrist and an hour later I checked and the dazzling charm was missing. I was upset but went back to purchase another one and also to report what had happened - at no time was I expecting a free replacement. I spoke to Mary the manager who was very sarcastic and just kept saying sorry unconvincingly. I only purchased the replacement because I didn’t want them to think I was lying. I am not complaining about the loss of the charm but the customer service I received, the worse I had in my whole stay in USA. I was purchasing more pandora but went to the stores by maceys where I received such good service from the moment I entered the door

We were served by jimmy who on no occasion gave eye contact.did not offer to show anything I had to do all the talking.very rude individual

I had tried to buy a charming dog borne and you don’t have it. Why you offered if you don’t have it. My kids want to give to my wife present and I bought something else but really not exactly we wanted

I was on holiday in new york and purchased a bangle and charms to remind me of my trip but unfortunately the assistant Jimmy in the 42nd street store was very reluctant and unpleasant and made me feel most unwelcome and uncomfortable. I spent just over $250 not a fortune but my money is hard earned and as goos as anyone elses and he needs some training in basic manners and customer service. I have had good customer service at all other Pandora stores i have been to and i am always pleasant myself and expect to be treat likewise.
