The sales representative was rude, complained several times about a smell that seemed to come from the heater/ac, stopping in the middle of the transaction to go shut down the machine, not before having a light argument about the issue with another sales rep who did not want the heater to be turned off. Besides the charm I went to pick up, I also wanted a bracelet, which she suggested was too big but the current size was not in stock, I suggested paying for it and having it shipped home, she brushed me off suggesting I get it online. Lastly once finished with the transaction she simply turned away leaving me in the counter with the charm, no bag, no thank you", "come back soon", "is there anything else I can do for you"

It was at the 34th st Store NYC ... firstly I turned up at the store @ 10am to find a note on the door saying the store was re stocking !!! No time saying re opening at ..!!! Tried to get a sales assistant attention and was ignored!! I was after a NYC charm ... went back later .... explained to the sales assistant at the door I was in a hurry as I was heading to the airport in an hour ... and would have appreciated if a time of re- opening had of been placed on the door as if it was a matter of 15mins - to hour I would have waited!!! ... he told me I would have to wait as there were 3 families in front of me .... so I waited... the a group of Japanese women came in & he put them in front of me !!!! I brought this to his attention... and he said NO these ladies were before you .... even another lady supported me !!! Just very disappointed... I was finally served.. but the whole attitude of the store was disappointing.. it’s not what I have expected from Pandora... I was so annoyed I even complained to the ladies at the JFK airport store .... they needed a better system eg take your name & wait to be called .... hoping this feedback helps give other customers a better experience.

Sales assistance was very rude and without passions. She was interested only to sold items but without enthusiasm. Also she was not able to answer easy questions. Pandora store managers should improve passions and enthusiasm of sales assistance s
