I visited the store to purchase 2 charms. Received a free promotional bracelet, so decided to gift this and bought another charm to go on the gift bracelet. When i returned to my hotel that day I decided to pack them individually in my suitcase which was when I discovered one of the charms I had purchased was missing. This meant I then had to return to the store hours before my return flight home to resolve the issue.

They forgot to give me the free braclet when I spent $170 (promo offer) I saw the poster on my way out and it was too late as I had a tour booked

The salesperson Trea D No. 157685 was rude. She was not willing to provide the products but just asked us to choose from the category book. She showed pretty clearly that she didn't want to provide any service which might be because my friend and I were speaking in Chinese. Chating with the customers next to us, which I felt disrespectful. Moreover, she complained to us directly that we took her too much time. The group next to us started before us and ended after last! We were there less than 10 mins, even shorter than the time we wait in line. I thought Pandora's salespersons are all well training.

The person who served us couldn't have been more unfriendly. We asked to look at a particular charm and he never spoke a word until he asked if we were paying by cash or card. We then asked if they had any Disney charms . He gave us a book, we asked to look at one charm in particular and when he showed us we asked if it was limited to the USA and we were told yes. We then return to the UK to find if is available in the U.K. Clearly he didn't know hat he was talking about.

the sales girl charged me for an extra bead! she was not helpful and never gave me the boxes for the beads I bought and gave me the wrong earrings!

My husband bought me a ring In a time square branch before we flew home to Ireland, that was 3 days ago and already a stone has fallen out of the ring. To say I am annoyed is an understatement. I have to return to a shop in Dublin to try and get an exchange. I would never have chosen Pandora if I had thought that it was this shoddy.
