Marieli was very knowledgeable about all charm pieces and have made some great selections when I was undecided. I love going to the store just for this up front in person experience.

I’m from California and I was on a family visit in New York; I’ve been to NY several times but my sister gave a a Pandora bracelet and I definitely needed a NY charm. The associate was super fast could have been a little more interactive with us; but we knew what we wanted.

I was helped and purchased everything I wanted. Happy with the service I received. Clean place.
