Great costumer service

The salesperson knew exactly what to offer me when I told her I wanted to add charms to my bracelet. She was very good and helping me pick out the right charms to complement the ones already on my bracelet.

We were greeted upon entering the store and introduced to the sales associate, who was most helpful. I had one specific want - a charm for NYC. She showed and explained the options, completed the sale efficiently once I had made up my mind :) , packaged it up beautifully and did it all with a happy personality!

We where actually at a different pandora that was down the street and we did not get any service then we went to this one and it had amazing service and excellent quality of the store overall amazing.
