The women who helped me was amazing and helped me pick out what charms I wanted for my mother. Sadly one charm i wanted wasn’t there but once it’s back in stock I’ll be back to purchase.

The staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I love Pandora jewellery I have multiple charms and as I am travelling I’m buying a charm from every place I visit. I am going back today to buy charms for my Daughters

The sales associate, Sam, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various items that my daughter and I were interested in. She was very patient and made some excellent suggestions that we found very helpful as we made our selections. The next time I am fortunate to again visit NYC, I certainly will return to this Pandora store!
