Myself and my daughter visited the west 42nd Street store whilst on holiday in New York from England. We wanted to each purchase bracelet and a special New York charm to remember our trip. We were served by Aiyanna S who was so lovely, patient, extreemly helpful and friendly. She made our trip to the store really fantastic. Thank you so much to her!

I was expecting a line and a slow service but it was so fast. Everything I was looking for was available in the store. The sales person even let me try a bracelet.

I came in today to do an exchange and Elaine was very helpful , so helpful that I’m actually doing a survey to vouch for her hospitality, she shared her experiences with the merchandise and showed off her expertise which is appreciated due to the fact i don’t know much about pandora bracelets , i will definitely come back !

The representative notice I had a vintage charm. The nyc apple charm to be exact. I was happy to learn that. I try to buy a new charm every month and plan on buying a bracelet for my mom very soon

I went in the store the day before Mother’s Day and only had to wait about 15 minutes which is awesome for a day like that. I was also able to get the items I wanted which on such short notice those items might heaven been sold out so close to the holiday.

i went to the store to exchange a charm and the sales associate was so kind, patient and helpful that I've never imagined someone could be. Her name is Tasachi. I really recommended this store. I'm so happy to visit Pandora.
