I shop at this location for all of my Pandora purchases and they are always nice, friendly, and helpful and they are knowledgeable about the inventory that they have.

I wasn’t happy that I had to return after I already picked up my item! I did my order online so the bracelet that I purchased was to small for me. I was told my receipt couldn’t get retrieved so I would have to come back another time to exchange my item. One of the charms I purchased was out sold out but online it doesn’t say that and will let you add and pay for it. I did use a 10% off I received for my bracelet but had to pay the difference when exchange which makes no sense

They received you right away. They always answer any questions you asked about any item, and they also subject other items in case you’re not satisfied with the one you’re looking.

The customer service was great. It made my shopping experience way easier and enjoyable. I lobe pandora I’ve been here 3 times this week
