I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I went in looking for a birthday gift for my best friend with not much knowledge on what I wanted to get. I was assigned to a salesperson, Naimah S., who helped me look through a bunch of different products that would be good to give to a friend and even suggested birthday charms. I was able to find a really good birthday gift and couldn't help getting her another purchase since everything was so beautiful and catching my eye.

They had everything I needed in stock.

I usually make purchases online, but I was in my hometown NY & decided to drop in. Long wait outside and long wait inside. The sales associate made up for the wait. She was very nice and knew the products very well (Ihad my wish list). She was able to tell me was was available and out of stock. She cleaned & rearranged my bracelet. Very good experience.
