The staff was really rude. First off right when I got there the guy approached my car and kept trying to open my door but it was still running and I hadn't even parked yet. He was creepy and rude

I got my oil changed yesterday and now my car smells like burnt oil and is leaving oil spots in my drive, and is knocking.
