Great stay

All staff were wonderful except the night desk clerk. No eye contact contained keyboarding while this quest was asking questions. She did not know the hotel layout entrances and exits When questioned by this guest she insisted there was an entrance where there definitely was not. Then shrugged and said I'll have to check that out while she continued whatever she was personally doing on the computer. Never looking at this guest. My assumption was that she was the night auditor.

I attended a conference at the hotel and had a great experience. They provided coffee and were very helpful.

The service and staff were very friendly the cleanliness was questionable in the rooms.

Good rates and good location, but not the cleanest hotel I have stayed at.

The door to my room was swollen and made it hard to open. I had to practically kick it in to enter my room. Also, the restaurant and breakfast buffet was way too expensive. I would not recommend this hotel.
