Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan

I liked the remodel the hotel did...rooms are nicer & the atmosphere of the hotel is better! Very friendly staff...look forward to coming back again! ????

The remodeled hotel looks nice & the bed was comfortable...however the carpet in the room was dirty (not vacuumed) & the small in-room fridge was very noise?? ??

Nice place for the night

I rated the cleanliness as dissatisfying because there was a big stain on the curtains right as you enter the room. The comforters were very dirty and I moved to another room. That room was better. The chair that was in the shower was too low caused me to not be able to get on my scooter.

Great hotel, but don't go to their restaurant.
