Excellent hotel would love to stay again if it were the same price

The Hotel was immaculate wish I had more time to enjoy the pool and spa!!

This was a beautiful hotel & all the staff was very helpful

Didn't have too much dealings with the staff. Although there was a man at the front desk who was clearly hearing-impaired. He did not know how to do his job. He couldn't answer any of my questions.

Good service

Nice room on 6th floor. The person at the gift shop was unavailable several times. Front desk service was ok. I had the the male front desk call a can for me to the airport at 4pm. He said he would do it and he did not do it when I asked another front desk person if it was done while I waited at 4pm. I hitched a ride with another coworker luckily and made my flight. That was disappointing. Otherwise service was good.

It was good but very crowded.

It is a nice place.
