The staff was very friendly and accommodating I felt very much at home. The food was also delicious. I enjoyed myself.

The night crew at the front desk (2 males) were very nice. The one that wasn't standing behind the desk asked if I needed assistance at the bistro. I did because no one was at the hostess desk! So he went into the bistro and found assistance for me. The next morning I expected the same high level of customer service. This did not happen. There were two women behind the desk, one was busy assisting another guest. The other (African American) asked, "can I help you" in a bit of a condescending tone. I stated yes I would like to check out. She asked my name (no how are this morning, did you enjoy your stay, nothing). She printed my statement and handed it to me. Didn't make eye contact with me the entire time. I am very disappointed with the service I received at check out!
