they "lost" my reservation so I had to re-reserve my stay and wait until 3 pm. which was VERY annoying since the night before I called and talked to them about checking in early, as I was driving 17 hours straight and would like to sleep as soon as I got in. and the woman I talked to promised me it was fine and 'noted in my account'. well she never did, apparently. she DELETED my reservation instead! so my room, that I already paid for was GONE. and I had to wait. if I had more options for hotels that allowed pets, I would of definitely went somewhere else.
