Very friendly staff and they came to get me at my home. Since this is the Seattle area I understand that the exterior won't be spotless. It's the interior I had problems with. I didn't see what was spilled on the back seat until the next day. I'm thinking it was milk or coffee maybe. It covered the majority of the seat and should have been seen if it had been cleaned correctly. They were leather or at least leatherette seats so a simple wipe down would have fixed the problem.
