Certain features such as the aux outlet did not work. This would have been nice to know ahead of time.

They were supposed to pick me up at the car service place, which was arranged by the car service. I was told I would drop my car off at 7:30am and I could be on the road in 30mins with a rental. They never came to pick me up so the service place had to give me a ride there, then I waited, then there were only two cars available and one required an upgrade. Luckily the first one needed an oil change so I got the upgraded. Don't know what happened if anyone else came in that day. Also, instead of being 5ish mins late to work I was 30.
