Samantha at the front desk is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming each time I visit. She's the reason I choose this hotel.

I travel on business to Colorado several times a year, my last trip was in September - and the young lady at checkin remembered me. She's fantastic. Always nice, friendly, makes conversation - she sets up the positive experience for me from the moment I walk in (every time I visit).
