It's not like it use to be

My sister called before I got there to make sure they had a room and price. I got there they charged me 10.00 more than what was advertised on the Internet. The wifi would not work. Wouldn't put me on ground floor said was full yet when I asked the maid she said there are plenty of rooms. There were people hanging outside drinking. It was horrible.
