Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the atmosphere. Wish it were a little closer to the Chicago loop but was accessible by freeway.

Rooms are nice but food in restaurant not the best.

Very nice people at reception, room was good, my only negative was my room service order was not hot when it arrived and I felt queasy after eating it.

One lamp didn't work in my room, toilet kept running, remote control could barely work.. Bar staff was cool
